THE banned New York Yankees fan who interfered with Los Angeles star Mookie Betts during the 2024 World Series has dealt with numerous hate messages.
Yankees fan Austin Capobianco even received a package filled with contents that no one would want on their doorstep.

Last month, it was revealed that Capobianco and his pal John P. Hanson were banned from all 30 of MLB‘s stadiums after they made extended contact with Betts in Game 4 of the World Series.
Recently, Capobianco shared that his parents received a disturbing package at their Connecticut house.
“It was poop,” he told The Athletic’s Brendan Kuty.
But his family didn’t want to open it and learned that the return address came from a company that specialized in shipping feces to “respective” recipients.
Capobianco also revealed that he and his family have received prank calls, packages that contain pictures of a person’s genitalia, and more.
“All the stuff my family has had to deal with [has been] because of me,” he said, who now seems to regret the incident.
Capobianco’s life has changed ever since his decision when he was near a leaping right fielder Betts who caught a fly ball at the wall in foul territory during the Dodgers’ World Series-winning run.
After his catch, Capobianco grabbed Betts’ glove with both hands and took the ball out.
His friend Hanson also grabbed Betts’ glove.
The umpires ruled fan interference, resulting in an out for Torres, and the pair of Yankees were soon ejected from the game.
After Game 4, Capobianco told ESPN that he expected to attend Game 5.
However, the MLB banned Capobianco and Hanson from attending the following WS game in the Bronx.
The league and the Yankees jointly made the decision.
The Dodgers would come away with the Game 5 victory and win the World Series in 5 games.
The MLB then issued a permanent ban to the two last month for interfering with Betts.
The Yankees shared that Capobianco and Hanson weren’t season ticket holders.
“I would really say, ‘F*** you guys,” Betts said in December alongside Kevin Hurt.
“I get them trying to get the ball. Cool. But you tried to grab my s***. I was in the moment. So I thought about throwing a ball at them
“And then I realized, ‘Mook you ain’t gonna do s***. Go back to right field.”
Betts would get the last laugh as he earned his third World Series title.
